Beth Coulton works closely with clients and helps with the firm’s day-to-day operations.

She graduated from Millersville University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and has worked in both the education and business fields.

Beth and her husband live in Bucks County, PA, and have three grown children. Beth is an avid photographer and writer and had her first picture book published by Putnam in New York in February of 2014. She also enjoys taking motorcycle rides with her husband and working on her golf swing.

David Hoffman – Analyst

David Hoffman is an Analyst at Roundview Capital. He assists with investment research and client operations.

David graduated from Princeton University with a BS in Economics. At Princeton, he was the President of Cannon Dial Elm and an Offensive Lineman on the Football team, winning Ivy League Championships in 2019 and 2021.

Prior to joining Roundview Capital, David was a hedge fund analyst at Pleasant Lake Partners and is originally from Basking Ridge, NJ. In his free time, he enjoys reading, writing, lifting weights, and playing sports (including tennis, pickleball, and basketball).

Christina S. Keddie is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Roundview Capital and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. As Director of Estate Planning Services, she also works closely with clients on estate planning solutions, helping them to protect their legacies and walking alongside client families in administering estate plans.

Christina graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University with a degree in History, and received her JD from New York University’s School of Law. Prior to joining Roundview Capital, she practiced law in two Philadelphia-based firms, representing corporate clients in mass torts and employment litigation matters. After having children, Christina served as the admissions director of a private school in Princeton.

In her free time, Christina enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She is an avid photographer and previously ran a successful wedding photography business. Christina also volunteers with her husband’s campus ministry at Princeton, mentoring and advising undergraduate and graduate students.

Sarah A. Kempson – Director, Concierge Services

Sarah is the Director of Concierge Services at Roundview Capital. In addition to working closely with client families, she also helps with the firm’s business operations.

Prior to joining Roundview Capital, Sarah was a hedge fund analyst at Goldman Sachs, LP. After having children, she was the Business Manager of a private school in Princeton. Sarah graduated from Franklin and Marshall College with a BA in Accounting and from the State University at New York in Buffalo with an MBA in Finance.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, James, and two children, Eric and Norah. She also enjoys walking her dogs, traveling, and reading.

Laura E. Loffredo – Operations Associate

Laura works closely with clients and helps with the firm’s day-to-day operations.

Laura graduated from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting. She also earned an M.B.A. in Finance from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University. Laura had a multi-decade career at J. P. Morgan & Company where she covered Fortune 500 clients as a Vice President in Corporate Banking.

Outside of Roundview, Laura enjoys spending time as a community volunteer and organizer. She has served as the President and Treasurer of Cherry Hill Nursery School, Treasurer of The Montgomery Township Education Foundation, as well as President/Treasurer/Manager of numerous local youth softball, volleyball, basketball and soccer organizations.

In her free time, Laura enjoys cooking, gardening and running, as well as traveling with her three children.

Adriana Marroquin-Soto works closely with clients and assists with the firm’s day-to-day operations. She is an experienced operations and client satisfaction professional with 12 years of experience in myriad industries. At Roundview Capital, Adriana uses her operations expertise to optimize the client experience. She is the first college graduate in her family, obtaining a B.S. in Health Science from Wilmington University. During her free time, Adriana enjoys traveling, HIIT training, and horticulture.

Kerri Martin is the Director of Financial Analytics at Roundview Capital and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. In addition to working on financial planning solutions, she helps with the firm’s day-to-day operations.

Kerri graduated from the College of William and Mary with a BS in Biology and continued her graduate studies in Biological Sciences at the University of Notre Dame. While at Notre Dame, she was an NSF-IGERT GLOBES Fellow and an Arthur J Schmitt Presidential Fellow, as well as the president of the Society of Schmitt Fellows. She was also one of the first science graduate students invited to join Business on the Frontlines, a program through the Mendoza College of Business.

In her free time, Kerri enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, as well as hiking and music.

Joyce C. Shueh – Outside Counsel

Outside Counsel

Joyce serves as Outside Counsel for Roundview Capital. She graduated from Princeton University and Harvard Law School. After law school, she clerked for Judge Morton Greenberg of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She has worked at Debevoise & Plimpton, Latham & Watkins, and Dechert.

She enjoys spending time with her family and playing tennis.

Alexis K. Soron – Tax Advisor

Alexis is the Tax Advisor at Roundview Capital. She assists client families with tax questions and developing tax strategies.

She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). She worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in forensic accounting and litigation support. Alexis is a graduate from Lehigh University with a BS in Accounting.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends along with exercising, playing tennis and reading.
